Club Management Services, LLC originated in 1997 and is a comprehensive club/association administrative business owned and operated by Jean Harmison. CMS is especially designed for clubs and organizations that need continuity, computer expertise and a central location for organization files.

 
Club Management Services, LLC employs 3 part-time staff along with a website designer to provide individualized service to its clients. Club Management Services, LLC has state-of-the-art computer equipment and computer software designed to manage club and organizations. Board meetings can be held in the full size conference room complete with a 50” flat screen TV that is wired to its own laptop computer.

CMS offers a full range of services and has a full range of equipment, so you get what you would expect from full-time staff in a full-fledged business environment.  

Jean's Personal Profile

Jean Harmison graduated from Central Missouri State University with a B.S. degree in Personnel Management. She spent 10 years volunteering for various organizations and during those years held many positions on various boards. She saw the need for someone to be responsible for the daily operations of a club or organization. Jean has extensive computer and accounting experience.

Jean started Club Management Services, LLC out of her home in 1997 and in 2007 she relocated her business to a brand new office complete with full conference room, flat screen TV for presentations, and kitchen. Jean has expanded her business to include 3  part-time employees along with a part-time website developer. 

Jean is married to Jerry who also owns his own business (Harmison & Pearman Law Firm) and they have 2 children, Jessica and Jenna.  Jean enjoys to run and has completed 6 marathons. In her free time, she enjoys leisurely walks, reading and spending time with her family.
