Club Management Services, LLC, originated in 1997 and is a comprehensive club/association administrative business owned and operated by Jean Harmison. CMS is especially designed for clubs and organizations that need continuity, computer expertise and a central location for organization files.
Club Management Services employs four full-time staff to provide individualized service to its clients. CMS has state-of-the-art computer equipment and software designed to manage club and organizations. Board meetings can be held in the full-size conference room complete with a 50” flat screen TV that is wired to its own laptop computer.
CMS offers a full range of services and equipment, so you get what you would expect from full-time staff in a full-fledged business environment. We understand that each organization has unique needs, so we tailor our services accordingly.
Each member of the team at Club Management Services has a specialized skill set, and includes specialists in writing, editing, personnel management, event planning, and communication. Our financial and membership data record keeping department is top notch!
